- Neither deposits nor final payments are refundable under any circumstances except in the event that a course is canceled by us.
- Full payment is due by 1pm on the first day of your course. Please consider processing time if you wish to settle the final payment by bank transfer.
- Final payments made with card are subject to a 3% charge. Cash and bank transfers are with no extra charge.
- If there is more than 48 hours remaining until the start time of your course (8:30am), then you may reallocate the deposit to another of our scheduled courses. Valid for up to 6 months. You may only reallocate one time.
- If there is less than 48 hours until the course starts, failure to attend will forfeit the deposit.
- If conditions are deemed too dangerous to dive (by the instructor), the missed open water session(s) will be rescheduled for the following day, permitting that at least 2 students are able to attend. For those that can not attend, the session may be redeemed at a later date. Valid for up to 6 months.
- If for any reason you are unable to attend the open water sessions on day 2, you may complete these sessions at a later date. Your rescheduled session must fit with our group coaching schedule, it can not be a private session just for you.
- If you lose a piece of equipment, you will be expected to pay the bill for this.
